Computer literacy (MS Office package, email and internet). Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, work in a team and independently. Sound Knowledge of HRM policies and practices, Public Service Act of 1994 as amended, Public Service. Regulations 2016, Collective agreements regarding personnel and salary administration. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the personnel administration section i.e. appointments, transfers,pension administration,service terminations,salary administration,leave administration,housing,injury on duty, distribution of monthly payslips, debt management. Responsible for capturing transactions on PERSAL and audit of personnel and leave folders. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence(written and verbal)and file personnel data. Maintain registers i.e. PILIR, RWOEE, exit interviews, Council registration receipts (SANC &HPCSA). Assist staff, line managers, management and members of the Public with regards to Human Resource and Personnel matters. Provide an effective support service to supervisor i.e. attending meetings. |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
