| Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development. |
| |
|
| Assist with the training needs analysis and completion of the Workplace Skills Plan and completion of quarterly training reports. Assist with the implementation of generic and transversal training, PTI courses and sourcing Service Providers. Assist with processing payments and training advances. Arrange HRD meetings and act as secretariat. Assist with the implementation, administration and evaluation of EPWP Projects/ Learnerships, Employee Health and Wellness Programmes, CIP, PSI and CET and Bursary Scheme. Assist with general People Management enquires/ tasks - functions within the section and Labour Relations. |

| Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and as part of a team. |

Remuneration:

|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
