| Appropriate administrative experience. |

| Computer literate in MS Office, especially Excel, Word. Analytical thinking, good planning and organisational skills, an aptitude for accurate mathematical calculations and to compile reports and submissions. Language proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical environment will be to the applicants advantage. |

| Data management and capturing. Supportive administration functions. Accurate filing of auditable documents. Responsible for effective management of communication (telephonic enquiries). Display the core values of the Department of Health, Western Cape Government. Ability to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Support to Supervisor. Adherence to due dates and to work under pressure. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
