Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Personnel Administration. Persal experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Windows, Word, and Excel). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge of the human resource prescripts in the Public Service.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Handle all aspects pertaining to salary matters. Processing of overtime, night shift, housing, and other allowances. Personnel Administration wrt appointments and exits. Processing of short and long term PILIR applications and all types of leave. Pension Administration. Auditing of personnel files Handle telephonic and written enquiries and support to the Supervisor.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior certificate or equivalent qualification.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
