Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management

   College of Emergency Care, Emergency Medical Services
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management with specific emphasis on asset management, stock control and ordering procedures.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective management of the College assets Ensure compliance with relevant Supply Chain policies and regulations Maintain accurate procurement records Assist with monitoring and controlling of the College expenditure Provide administrative support to supervisor Provide effective general support towards the College accreditation

Note:

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy and/or Accountancy as a passed subject.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license Willingness to travel and to perform overtime when required
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Very good organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate record-keeping and reporting to the supervisor. Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
