| A Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. |
| |
|
| Administrative support: Receive calls/patient queries and refer to correct person. Efficient Office Management: filing and record keeping and sound administrative skills. Utilization of the CAD system for daily discharge planning and dispatching and assisting facilities with the Patient Transport booking System when needed. Liaising with Bed Managers on patient discharges and local transfers in the city. Supply Chain management – procurement of goods and services for the component. Ensuring bed space is cleared at facilities by coordinating the return of patients to rural districts. Communicating with other clerks and coordinators on patient needs and their transportation back. |

| Appropriate Experience working with patient-related administration or discharges. |

|
| Excellent computer literacy in the MS Office package. Competencies in navigating the CAD system and the online patient transport booking system. Excellent communication skills in at least 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
