| Advanced Competency in the CAD (CareMonx) Good leadership and supervisory, communication and interpersonal skill Good planning, leading, organizing and control abilities Computer Literacy with MS Word, Excel and Power point, Outlook and Internet Communication in at least 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape |

| Appropriate Certificate in Call Centre Management (NQF Level 5) with a study duration of one year. |
| |
|
| Appropriate experience in the Emergency Call Centre environment. Appropriate experience as a Communication Centre (EMS) Supervisor. |

|
| Efficient, effective and quality management of the Emergency Call Centre for the City Cost Effective management of the Facility and its Resources Effective Human Resource Management, Training and Development and managing Labour Relations issues Supervision and Management of all Administrative Requirements Effective Communication and Liaison with internal and external clients Support to colleagues and the Operational Manager |

Remuneration:

R 321 543-R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
