Note:

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Advanced computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and MS Office. Analytical, logical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication skills at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work co-operatively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of authority but also to work independently. Excellent writing, reporting, research and presentation skills.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
An appropriate 3-year Diploma/Degree in Commerce (or equivalent).
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in project management, financial analyses and reporting and contract management.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Assist with the coordination and implementation of the Exit Strategy for PPP’s. Assist with Drafting Terms of Reference in Line with SCM Prescripts and Assist with Bidding Process for the IFMS Model. Assist with maintaining budget efficiencies as set out within the IFMS model. Assist with the development and implementation of a plan in terms of the IFMS model for future and existing complexes Assist with monitoring, training and evaluating the IFMS model.

Remuneration:
382 245 - 450 255 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
