Experience:
Appropriate administration experience in Transport Services and Support Services. Appropriate experience in Fleetman system – relevant to the job content.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge of office administration practises and experience departmental system Fleetman. Good organisational skills. Knowledge and experience in Transport Management.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient management of Transport Services. Assist with supervision of drivers. Maintain effective administrative systems.

Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (B/EB) Driver’s licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
