Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and in writing in least two or three official languages on the Western Cape. Ability to work in a mortuary environment. Ability to collate and verify data accurately and have good interpersonal and organizational skill and ability to work under pressure, interpret and apply policies. Computer literacy in MS Office. Knowledge of Contract Management. |

Appropriate experience in procurement of goods and services and appropriate experience in LOGIS. Appropriate finance experience. Appropriate general administration experience. |

Efficient and effective processing and filing of documentation. Effective control of reports and statements, during and after the Forensic Mortuary process. Effective Management of Stores, Assets, and Infrastructure Administrative duties, including switchboard and front desk. Administering documentation in relation to functions related to Finance and Procurement. Support to Facility Manager. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
