An appropriate 3 year degree/national diploma in Human Resource Management. |
|
|
Appropriate experience in Establishment Administration and Recruitment and Selection. Appropriate Persal experience. Appropriate experience regarding Approved Post List and HF2 processes. |

|
Conduct HR Planning develop and maintain job descriptions databases, training interventions, EE Plan, implement and evaluate ODI reports. Compile monthly, quarterly and annual statistics and reports on HR Planning and Establishment Management. Recruitment and Selection aspects such as vacancy and occupancy rates, types of employment, posts status and service terminations. Implement ODI reports by the development and implementation of HR Micro Plans. Render an establishment administration function by conducting establishment administration control, administer creation/abolition of posts and co-ordinate the HF2 process and the maintenance of a database. Render a recruitment and selection function. Investigate grievances and disputes with regards to recruitment and selection. |

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Power Point). Knowledge of HR Planning, policies, procedures, practices, Establishment administration and Recruitment & Selection. |

Remuneration:
|
R 321 543-R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
