Administration Clerk: Support (Wards) (Psychogeriatric Services) (8 Months Contract)

Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Experience:
Appropriate hospital experience. Appropriate Clinicom experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of office administration. Knowledge of stationery ordering. Knowledge of hospital information systems (e.g. Clinicom). The ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently, objectively and confidently.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Manage the admission, transfer and discharge of the patient on information systems. Ensure continuous ward support. Ensure ward patient stats. Ensure patient folder management. Manage and control clerical/administrative service. Manage ID compliance.

Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
