Knowledge of In- Year monitoring and reporting, AFS reporting, BAS, and LOGIS, National and Provincial Treasury Regulations as well as the Accounting Officers System of the Department and PFMA. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of EPS. |

Responsible for the effective and efficient functioning and co-ordination of the finance and supply chain division and transport. Responsible for the control of expenditure and allocated budget. Compile monthly finance and supply chain reports (IYM) and annual reports for AFS. Authorise payments at institution. Authorise all Logis functions. Authorise all EPS transactions. Co-ordinate all audit queries. Supervision of subordinates Train sub-ordinates and new appointees. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 261 372- R 307 890 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
