Appropriate experience of the Staff Performance Management System. Appropriate supervisory experience. |

|
Appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree. |
|
|
Ensure effective implementation and application of the Staff Performance Management System (SPMS) process and administer and implementation of Grade Progression and Pay Progression for all categories of staff. Conduct training and audits in respect of relevant policies, procedures, and circulars with regard to Performance Management, grade progression and pay progression. Administer the RWOEE system (permission to perform additional work outside the Public Service) and assist associated divisions (Recruitment, and Establishment Control) as required. Supervise sub-ordinates. |

Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices relevant to performance management, grade progression and pay progression. Leadership skills and ability to work in a team. Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint). |

Remuneration:
|
R 321 543-R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
