Appropriate experience in working with Non-Profit Organisations and Expanded Public Works Programme. |

Appropriate three-year National Diploma/Degree. |

|
Knowledge and understanding of Expanded Public Works Programme within a health context EPWPRS. Sound knowledge and understanding of Public Sector legislation, policies and plans especially relating to the Knowledge of legislation relative to the Health Care Service and policies of the Department of Health. HRD and Healthcare environment. Knowledge and experience of financial and sub-programme management related to People Development. Analytical and research skills, conceptual thinking and problem solving. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Finance Management Act. |

Support People Development with the implementation of the Expanded Public Works Programme. Ensure processes are in place to meet EPWPRS targets as set by NDPW. Manage expenditure and payment to the sub-programme in accordance with the provision of the PFMA. Manage the implementation of SSIG and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Manage the implementation of PAY project. Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of various databases within the sub-directorate. Ensure effective implementation intern induction programme. |

Remuneration:
|
R 321 543-R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
