Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development and Training. |

Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. Only applicants within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post. Candidates may be subjected to a practical assessment. |

|
Computer literacy (MS Office). Good communication skills in at least two of the three languages of the Western Cape. |
|
|
Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of a workplace skills programme. Render a secretariat service to the skill development committee. Maintain a training database and report monthly thereon. Assist line Manager on all HRD and Training policies, procedures and interventions. Complete and submit HRD records/statistics and training reports (Workplace Skills Plan and Quarterly Monitoring Report). Administer the functions within the component in terms of a need analysis, co-ordination of training, sourcing of service providers, processing payments for training. Assist the line manager in the co-ordination of the Employee Health and Wellness function of the component. Facilitate Recruitment and Selection of various Intern posts. |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
