Administration Clerk: Human Resource Management (Performance Management)

Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience of salary systems and personnel administration in the Public Service. Appropriate experience in administering the Staff Performance Management System (SPMS).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Assist with the correct implementation of SPMS system applied at Groote Schuur Hospital. Effective implementation of Pay and Grade progression on Persal. Administration of applications to perform remunerative work outside the Public Service (RWOEE). Effective storage and safekeeping of documents Assist with training regarding the above. Perform other HRM tasks and relieve on other sections as required.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Competency in the PERSAL system. Competency in MS Excel at an advanced level. Fluency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
