A Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent. |
|
|
Administrative support: Receive calls/visitors and refer to correct person, manage the diary of the District Manager and arrange meetings and events for the component. Efficient Office Management: filing and record keeping and sound administrative skills. Prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings. Operate and ensure the office equipment is in good working order. Provide a liaison support service between Supply Chain management (procurement of goods and services for the component) and the People Management component (handle personnel related enquiries). Fleet management support – liaison with fleet on vehicle downtimes and services as well as accident reports. |

Appropriate Office Management or secretarial experience. |
|
|
Good communication skills and proficiency in two of the three official languages. Computer literate in the MS Office package and PERMIS. Competent in navigating the RMS (rostering management system). |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
