Experience:
Appropriate experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good Typing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Note:
Only officials in the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Provision of administrative support and office management of Facility Based Programmes. Maintain an effective record and filing system. Type and edit correspondence and reports. Arrange and Co-ordinate meetings, book venues as required and act as secretariat (minute taking) when required. Assist in preparation of presentations, compiling of reports, documents and effective data capturing. Effective control of stock, equipment and other resources within the component.
 
Requirements
Senior Certificate or equivalent.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
