Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy skills. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality. |

Appropriate administrative experience in a health/patient environment. |
|
|
Only officials employed by the Western Cape Provincial Government will be considered for this post. |
|
|
Perform patient administration and financial duties: completion of patient documentation (Clinicom) and filing of documents in accordance with the filing system of the Department. Perform general administration duties, e.g. record keeping of all nursing personnel activities, typing, telephone duties, faxing and photocopying. Managing and ordering of stock on LOGIS and assist with assets. Deliver an effective admin support service to all members of the multi-disciplinary team. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |
|
|
Willingness to work weekends and night shift if needed. Willingness to work overtime and relief in other departments as operational required. |

|
Remuneration:
|
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
