| Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the personnel administration (Conditions of Service) section, service terminations, pension administration. Leave administration, housing, debt management, etc. Responsible for capturing transactions on PERSAL. Responsible for auditing of pension, housing and leave files. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal). Assist staff, supervisor, management and members of the Public with regard to Human Resource and Personnel matters. Provide effective support to Supervisor. |
