| Appropriate experience in SCM and Warehouse Management, including acquisitions and contracts. |
| |

| Computer literate in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Analytical thinking, good planning and organisational skills, an aptitude for accurate mathematical calculations and to compile reports and submissions. Working knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations and Instructions, and Departmental Accounting Officer’s System and SCM delegations, policies, procedures and prescripts. Working knowledge of computerized financial systems (SYSPRO/LOGIS), the Electronic Procurement Solution (EPS), WCSD and CSD related to Warehouse management. |

| Demand and acquisitioning of goods/services. Ensure Audit Compliance. Internal control. Effective Warehouse management of stock levels. Effective Management of the Transit Area. Support Supervisor. |

| Good communicate skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |
