| Manage facility management department of the hospital which comprises of the following areas: Security, Laundry, Telephone exchange, Contract Management, Registry, Messenger, Transport, Ground Services and Estate Management. Manage all Service Level Agreements/ Service Contracts i.e. Security, Cleaning, Catering Services, Grounds and Gardening, Pest Control, Health care risk Waste management etc and stakeholders. Strategic and operational management of Facility Maintenance and Infrastructure Projects. Management of all aspects of Infrastructure and Estate Management from conducting Risk Assessments and Disaster Management. Assist with the development of Business Plans, Project Management and liaising with Engineering and Technical Services. Supervision of staff including performance management and provide support to supervisor. |
