| Render recruitment functions regarding the advertisement of posts. Responsible for Admin duties in service benefits (PERSAL)/salary administration/leave, capturing/housing/debt management and other functions pertaining personnel administrative. Align advertisements with OSD, keeping track of progress of posts advertised. Responsible for Audit reports (COT overtime, housing, rental, leave and RWOEE) and feedback to supervisor pertaining Audit finds. Maintain database of applications, co-ordinate shortlisting processes. Screening of EE profile, facilitate motivations for appointments and conduct training where necessary, providing effective support to Supervisor. |
