| Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good Computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy skills. |

| Appropriate experience in Linen Management within a Hospital Environment. |

| Ensure effective and efficient Linen management with regards to Clean Linen. Ensure effective and efficient Linen management with regards to Soiled Linen. Oversee and ensure that Ordering of stock, PPE for the Laundry is performed. Implement and ensure monthly audits are conducted. Manage Human Resources functions for the Laundry Component. Render support to supervisor and staff. |

| General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std.7). |
| |
|
| Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts in the Public Service. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. |
