Administration of Commuted Overtime. Perform all Administrative duties related to Personnel Administration e.g RWOEE and PILIR. Payroll Management. Administer quarterly reports. Maintain of databases. Assist with Recruitment and selection. Provide advice regarding the application of People Management policies and prescripts. Assist with telephonic and written queries. Support Supervisor. |

Appropriate experience in Human Resources (i.e., Salary Administration, Service Conditions, Personnel Management, PERSAL). Appropriate experience in Supervision. Appropriate PERSAL experience. |

|
Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |
|
|
Knowledge of all HRM aspects (i.e. commuted overtime system, Leave Management, RWOEE, Circulars prescripts regulating and applicable to professional ranks in the OSD in the Health Sector). Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, directives, and collective agreements. Computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and PERSAL). |

Remuneration:

R 294 321 - R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
