Appropriate experience in a Supply Chain Management environment. Appropriate experience in LOGIS and IPS (Integrated Procurement Solution). |

Computer literacy Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of the PFMA, Finance Instructions, Provincial and Treasury regulations, as well as Accounting Officer (AO) system. Extensive knowledge and practical experience of a computerised procurement system such as LOGIS, IPS. |

Effective and efficient management of procurement processes and contract management. Coordinate transport and ensure accurate reporting of GG transport and administration. Invite and download quotations via EPS and performing close-outs on EPS. Provide support to Manager and assist within the Supply Chain Component and Support Services. Ensure compliance to all relevant laws and prescripts in the Supply Chain Management and contract. procurement function. |

Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Valid driver’s licence (Code B/ EB). |

Remuneration:

R 294 321 - R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
