Proven knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Prescripts and Acts. |

Lead, manage, supervise and coordinate the work and responsibilities of People Management Employee Services (Personnel Administration) component. Provide Human Resource Administration service to all employees at the institution. Administer conditions of service, allowances and deductions (appointments, housing, medical aid, leave, pension, overtime and acting allowances). Monitor and manage commuted overtime contracts. Coordinate and administer COIDA, PILIR, incapacity processes and assist with management of cases in corroboration with the incapacity management committee. OSD salary redeterminations. Management of the probationary process (including extensions and terminations). Management of the People Management Archives. Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policy and practices (including drafting of internal policies/guidelines). Assist with training line managers on relevant policies and prescripts. Conduct audits to ensure compliance. |

Remuneration:
|
R 424 104 - R 496 467 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
