Administration Clerk: People Management (Archives)

Inherent Requirement:
Ability to communicate in at least two of the official languages (English/Afrikaans/Xhosa) of the Western Cape.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in People Management and Registry (Archives).
 
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Attention to detail. Good time management. Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Ensure accurate filing of forms (Personnel, SPMS, Housing and Leave). Sort and file all forms sent to archives. Maintain all filing rooms (Current/old volumes/exits). Manage and control movement of files. Execute requests (PM personnel, AG, DICU). Destruction of files after prescribed time periods. Participation in developing interns.

Minimum Educational Qualification
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233 - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
