Administration Clerk: Human Resource Management (Leave)

Inherent Requirement:
Ability to communicate in at least two of the official languages (English/Afrikaans/Xhosa) of the Western Cape.
 
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Ability to work under pressure. Aptitude for working with figures. Ability to understand and provide advice on policies.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in People Management (Payroll and Leave).
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Capture leave forms on PERSAL and issue leave credits. Audit leave files. Process WCA and PILIR applications. Disallowance of Commuted overtime on PERSAL. Draft letters regarding leave matters. Process leave without pay.

Remuneration:
R 202 233 - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
