| Communication skills, written and verbal in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

| Knowledge of applicable policies, legislation, guidelines, standards, procedures and applicable practices in the Public Service. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Willingness to work overtime when necessary and assist in other departments when required. Exceptional typing skills must be able to type at a speed of at least 50 words per minute, high accuracy. Computer Literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as proof of formal training in these. Must be able to work independently and should be able to take initiative. Proven data capturing experience. |

| Maintain record keeping via integrated databases of various systems and processes, with a ability to make changes where needed as well as so innovation towards improving the process. Secretarial support. Support to the consumer services which includes Complaints, compliments, and suggestions, PAIA request. Contribute to the planning and capturing of hospital compliances tasks inclusive of but not limited to hospital assessment, patient surveys, waiting time surveys. Ensure all patient compliance tasks are upheld through administrative support where necessary. Provide general administrative support throughout the institution as required. Support quality Improvement and its monitoring and implementation throughout facility. |
