Experience:
Appropriate experience in general office administration and management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Office. Ability to think analytically and logically and ability to work under pressure. Good interpersonal relations, communication, and organizational skills. Good human relations.
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Provide effective and efficient general office administration support to the Registrar Corporate Services Diary Management of the Deputy Director. Co-ordinate and organise meetings, agendas, visits, minute taking, scanning, and emailing of documents and compiling of letters and reports. Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system.
 
Requirements Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233 - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
