| Appropriate experience in personnel administration. |

| Basic Computer literacy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the human resource prescripts in the Public Service. |

| Good communication (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

| Handle all aspects pertaining to salary matters. Processing of overtime, night shift, housing and other allowances. Personnel administration with regard to appointments and exits. Processing of short and long term PILIR, applications, WCA and all types of leave. Pensions administration Auditing of personnel files Handle telephonic and written enquiries and support to the supervisor. |
