| An appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree in Education, Social Sciences or Public Administration with appropriate experience in Community Capacity Enhancement. |

| Appropriate experience in facilitating community engagement training based on WCG: Community Capacity Enhancement Model. Appropriate experience in and knowledge of Violence Prevention, Whole of Government and Whole of Society Approach. |

|
| Drive and Co-ordinate primary Community Capacity Enhancement training within but not limited to Rural Health Services Area Based Team (ABT)/ Violence Prevention Unit sites. Develop and implement a mentoring, supervision, and support model for master trainers in collaboration with managers and service colleagues. Report on training done. Develop a sustainability framework for Community Capacity Enhancement after March 2024. |

Remuneration:

R 424 104 per annum - R 496 467 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
