Experience:
Appropriate experience in a People Development and Employee Relations environment.
 
Inherent requirements of the job:
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams). Working knowledge of PERSAL. Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective and efficient PM policy/prescripts implementation. Effective Administrative Support: People Development. Effective Administrative Support: Employee Relations. Rendering of an effective and efficient support function.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good Interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience of the application of human resource policies. Responsible and reliable with the ability to work independently.

Requirements Minimum educational qualification:

Remuneration:
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
