| Proficient in at least two of the three official languages in the Western Cape. Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures in an industrial Food Service Unit. The ability to create spreadsheets, word documents and presentations in Microsoft Office Knowledge and skills with regard to managing the operation of an industrial Food Service Unit. Problem solving, decision making and time management skills. Sound numerical skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office. Fluency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

| Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Willingness to be on standby. |

|
| Appropriate 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Food Service Management (or equivalent qualification). |

| Appropriate management and supervisory experience. |

Remuneration:

R 359 517-R 397 104 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
