| Appropriate experience in Administration. |

| Computer literacy in MS Office. Excellent written skills. Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision. Ability to function under stressful environment and cope with a heavy workload. Proven ability to produce and organize formal documents, spreadsheets as well as manage e-mails, e mail responses and electronic calendar. Appropriate planning and administration skills, time management and good telephone etiquette. |

| Give administrative support to the informal Nurse trainer and the area managers. Administration of training portfolios for all staff. Capture data and be able to do graphs, assisting with the compilation of the Training year planner. Assisting the training committee with meeting logistics and drafting monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc training reports on training implemented. Arrange training logistics such as venue bookings and capturing of stats for non-clinical skills development programmes, Working closely with Skills development for coordination of training. Compilation of stats. Assist with coordination of the Study by assignment process. Co-ordinate the logistics and provide minute-taking duties for the Nurse trainer and Area managers. Relief duties. |

R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
