Experience:
Appropriate Information management experience within a hospital environment.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Experience and knowledge of Health Information Systems (Sinjani, BI). Appropriate working knowledge and experience. Advanced computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Good numerical and organisational skills. Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform an administrative role as a member of the Information Management team. Assist with data quality monitoring, verification and submission to Head Office in prescribed format and within set time frames and according to the Information Management Policy. Provide support to the supervisor, Management and colleagues. Assist in monitoring of data trends and data completeness. Maintain Accurate Statistical Records. Compile and distribute health data reports.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Note:
Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a computer literacy test.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 202 233 per annum - R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
