Advance Computer literacy (Office 365 suite) including MS Project. familiar with health information systems like PHCIS, Clinicom, HECTIS, CAReS, Free Bed Enquiry etc. Experience in systems training to individual and large groups. Excellent numerical, analytical communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Knowledge of health services in the Western Cape. Knowledge and experience in implementation of systems. |

| Participate in health Information Co-ordination activities as a member of the information management team. Assist with the implementation of eHealth Systems including HECTIS, CAReS, PHCIS and any other. Updating open calls via BMC. Facilitate and assist with Change Management and document all changes. Assist with work process mapping and re-engineering. Provide training to end users and information managers. Facilitate and provide support to eHealth systems, including assisting with access management, feedback to managers and users and writing reports. Participate in meetings when needed. |

| Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

| Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:

R 294 321 - R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
