| Appropriate experience in the Hospital Income generating Department. |

| Follow Up on H2, H3 and Private accounts outstanding debt (contact debtor) Manage the State Department Debt by drawing a daily attendance tracking report to identify all state department attendances. Ensure accurate billing of patient invoices according to UPFS and Hospital fees policies. Assist the AO fees with the reduction and improvement of JAC errors. Clearing of Inter-responsibility Account and Medscheme accounts. and allocate payments on ARS. Applications FAR 10 OF 2019 relating to handling of state money by Receiving, receipting, and depositing of all state monies. Finalize month-end reconciliation between BAS and AR System. Assistant members of public with account enquiries both walk-ins and telephonically. |

| Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply the PFMA, Treasury Regulation Instruction and Revenue related prescripts. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Computer skills in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BAS, ARS and Clinicom). Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Raising of Patient fees invoices according to UPFS and Hospital fees policies. |

R 202 233-R 235 611 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
