| Appropriate administrative and meeting management experience. Appropriate administrative experience at executive management level will be an advantage. Appropriate experience in a legal environment will be an advantage. |

| Appropriate computer literacy (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Excellent meeting management and writing skills. Knowledge of SCM and financial procedures. Ability to function independently and in a team. |

| Office and administrative support including but not limited to letter and report-writing, and database management. Meeting management, including logistics and minute-writing. Regular liaison with departmental and Higher Education institution representatives. Financial support service including processing of submissions, follow-up of payments and monitoring of expenditure. Procurement including ordering of good and services, processing if requisitions, and liaison with service providers. |

| Senior Certificate Grade 12 (or equivalent). |

| Valid driver’s licence (Code B/EB). Willingness to travel and work irregular hours. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. |

Remuneration:

R 294 321 - R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
