| An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations/Labour Law. |

| Appropriate experience in dealing with labour disputes within the Public or Private Sector. |
| |

| Handling of misconduct cases, investigate misconduct, represent the employer in disciplinary hearings. Handling of grievances, investigate grievances and draft investigation reports with recommendations. Dispute resolutions, represent the employer in dispute resolution forums. Facilitate Labour Relations trainings. Monitoring and Evaluation of Labour Relations Practices. Report writing. |

| In depth knowledge of Labour Relations with specific reference to misconduct, grievances and dispute resolution. Knowledge of labour law.Verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Presentation and Facilitation. Computer Literacy in MS Office. Report writing skills. |

Remuneration:

R 359 517-R 397 104 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
