Inherent requirement of the job:
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Ability to prioritise work, handle confidential documents, take and issue photos/ID tags as well as ad-hoc duties. Compile reports, letters as well as develop and maintain registers in terms of inventory, statistics and calculation of printing costs. Operate and control equipment as well as liaise with outside companies for required repairs/upgrading of equipment. Provide efficient assistance and support to clients, personnel, management and supervisors.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to prioritise work.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in respect of printing and photocopying processes.
 
Minimum educational qualifications:
Basic literacy and numeracy.

Remuneration:
R147 036 - R170 598 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
