| Appropriate experience in a Supply Chain Management environment. Appropriate working experience and skills in LOGIS and EPS/SEB/CSD. |

| Effective and efficient management of procurement processes. Comply, approve and adjudicate ePS enquiries and ensuring that all transactions comply with legislative requirements. Liaise with head office sub-structure Supply Chain and Departmental stakeholders. Arrange institutional quotation committee meetings. Prepare documentation summaries for the institutional quotation committee. Liaise with companies. Ensure audit compliance, as well as handle audit queries with regards to SCM. Accurate and timeous monthly reporting, as well as compilation of annual/interim financial statements. Prepare documentation for the institutional Vetting and Quotations Committee. Supervise the Supply Chain Management Procurement Component, Identify and provide training to Sub-ordinates. Responsible for Performance reviews in the Supply Chain Component, as well as other Human Resource related queries. Effective management of human resources within the component. |

| Knowledge and practical experience of LOGIS and EPS/SEB/CSD. In-depth knowledge of SCOA codes and LOGIS reports. Good Supervisory experience interpersonal and organisational skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Relevant knowledge, skills and experience of processes, procedures, prescripts and legislative framework, PFMA, NTR and PTI and the Accounting Officer’s System of the Department of Health, including delegations. |

Remuneration:

R 294 321-R 343 815 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
