| Overall coordination, development and implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan within the Substructure. Manage the Skills Development Committee within the Substructure. Monitoring and evaluation of training and development objectives and priorities by means of monthly, quarterly and annual training reports. Management and coordination of generic, transversal and EPWP training projects. Overall management and co-ordination of the different skills development budgets within the Substructure. Management and Development of staff and optimal support to Supervisor. |

Remuneration:

|
R 424 104 per annum - R 496 467 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
