Experience:
Appropriate experience of Facility Support Services and contract management
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy in Microsoft Package (MS Windows, Word and Excel, Outlook) proof must be attached. Outsourced Services Contract maintenance and compliance Effective logistical support Data Capturing Seamless service delivery Minute taking and meeting logistics The ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised when required.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective Contract Maintenance Perform effective support and administrative role wrt transport and support services Record keeping and filing on MS Teams. Effective data management and administer quality monitoring. Present data for monthly Facility meeting and minute taking Effective support to the Supervisor and other Stakeholders in line with the Departmental Leadership Behavior Charter.

Inherent requirements of the job:

Remuneration:
R 216 417-R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).

  • bring along recently (not older than 6 months) certified copies of your Identity Document (ID), driver’s license (if applicable for the post), qualification and/or proof of registration at relevant statutory body etc. Failure to adhere to the aforementioned may lead to his/her application being disqualified and not further considered.
