Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer skills MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook and PERSAL and numeracy skills. Knowledge of People Management prescripts in the Public Service. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Perform all administration duties pertaining to the personnel administration section as well as for policies & practices, e.g. appointments, service terminations, transfers, pension administration, salary administration, leave, housing, debt management, PILIR, RWOEE, SPMS, etc. Audit personnel and leave records and maintain effective record keeping. Ensure correct application of People Management policies in respect of Policies & Practices. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal). Provide an effective support service to supervisor.
 
Requirements Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate/Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 216 417 per annum - R 254 928 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
