| Responsible for high level administrative support to managers within the Component, supporting office administrative operations and ensuring efficient administrative procedures are implemented. Attend to development and maintenance of administrative systems. Support the Managers in Diary Management, setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, taking and distribution of Minutes and managing the correspondence between the office and external stakeholders. Assist with travel and accommodation needs, processing Subsistence and Travel claims. Assist with preparation of presentations and reports. Assist with tracking of expenditure and purchase orders. Assist with Asset Management activities as well as procurement of goods and service. Responsible for, providing support to Human Resource, Contract Administration including Financial Management including Sharepoint administration. |
