| Manages the general office administrative functions. Ensure the safekeeping and filling of all documentation in the office in line with relevant legislation and policies. Provide support services to Pharmacy Services coordinator and component staff with regard to specific projects. Support procurement and budgeting process. Accurate maintenance of databases. Maintain and supervise the provision of elementary human resource (HR) functions to ensure compliance with department policy requirements. |
