Senior State Accountant (Trainers: Hospital Fees)

Inherent requirements of the job:
A valid Code B/EB driver’s license. Willingness to travel between Health institutions.
 
Minimum educational qualification:
An appropriate Diploma/3-year Degree.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in a training environment. Appropriate working experience in a clinical environment. Training experience in Hospital Fees will be advantageous.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy skills in MS Office. Skills in Research and analytical thinking, the ability to analyse information, solve problems and to prepare complex reports. Understanding of Hospital Fees Structure, PFMA, Hospital Fees Policies and Procedures. Excellent people, technical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to confidently represent the Department in engagements with internal and external clients, as well as other departmental institutions, while demonstrating strong interpersonal relations and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and unsupervised. Ability to analyse information and work with figures.

Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Planning of relevant Training Courses in respect of Hospital Fees Policies and Procedures. Establish the need and conduct training in respect of Hospital Fees Policies and Procedures. Facilitate e-Learning training in respect of Hospital Fees Policies and Procedures. Assessment of and providing feedback and support after training/e-learning sessions/courses in respect of Hospital Fees Policies and Procedures. Develop and maintain training material in respect of Introduction of Hospital Fees Policy and Procedures. Assist with Compliance Audits regarding the implementation, execution and application of the Hospital Fees.
 
Note:
Short listed candidates must be prepared to do a test as part of the evaluation process.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 376 413 per annum - R 443 403 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
